北京邮电大学副校长,软件学院院长,北京邮电大学校学术委员会委员。1975在北京邮电学院(现北京邮电大学)进行本科阶段的学习,1981年于北京邮电大学获得工学硕士学位并毕业留校任教。1987年留学于日本东北大学,1994年参加美国AT&T高级电信管理人员培训。主要从事无线通信、通信网络、生物医学、光电子与微电子等领域的研究工作。先后主持了多项通信领域的研究课题,熟悉国内外通信技术的发展动态。作为主负责人或主研人先后参加的项目有:基于解剖结构的人体内物理流场的计算模型(国家自然科学基金委员会项目)、应用HSDPA的3G系统性能的研究、室内光无线接入技术的研究、电信网路综合管理和集中监控系统的研究,光纤形变传感器的研制等。并取得了众多的研究成果及奖项:2000年参加《电信网络综合管理与集中监控(TIMS)》获得教育部部级科技进步三等奖;1991年参加《薄膜、厚膜混合继承光中继器》获邮电部部级三等奖;同时也在国内外重要专业期刊上发表了一系列的论著,主要有《自由空间光通信的现状和发展趋势》(中国数据通信,2004.12),《数据仓库技术在SDH配置管理中的应用》(北京邮电大学学报,2002第2期),《Multi-state, Chaos-Shift Keying Modulation System: Analysis and Realization》(中国邮电高校学报(英文),1997)等。现主要从事未来移动通信、无线通信系统,光无线通信系统等的研究工作,招生专业为微电子与固体电子学;研究方向和专业目录为无线通信与电子工程技术。 ZHANG Yinghai, Professor He is vice president of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), dean of School of software, and a member of academic committee of BUPT. He joint in Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications (Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications now) to participate in the undergraduate study in 1975, obtained Master degree of Engineering in 1981, and stayed in the university to work as a teacher after graduation up to now. He studied abroad at Northeast University of Japan in 1987, and took part in the training of high-class manager for telecommunications at AT&T of USA in 1994. He focuses the research on wireless telecommunication, telecommunication network, biomedicine, photoelectronics, microelectronics, and etc. He takes charge in many research projects in the field of telecommunication early or late, and is familiar with development trends of national and international telecommunication technology. The research projects were attended as principle or main researcher, including Numerical model of physical flow field based on anatomical structure (Natural Science Foundation of China), Research on 3G system performance using HSDPA, Research on optical and wireless connect technology inside room, Research on integrated management and concentrated inspection system of telecommunication networks, Manufacture of strain sensor of optical fiber, and etc. Research achievements and prizes are gained, such as Research on integrated management and concentrated inspection system of telecommunication networks (the 3rd award of the development of the science and technology in Ministry of education in 2000), and Optical repeaters mixed and inherited by thin and thick films (the 3rd award of the development of the science and technology in Ministry of posts and telecommunications in 1991). He published a series of papers in national and international journals, including Status in quo and development trend of optical telecommunications in free space (Data Traffic in China, written in Chinese, 2004.12), Data storage technology applied in scheme management of SDH (Transaction on BUPT, 2002. 2), Multi-state, Chaos-Shift Keying Modulation System: Analysis and Realization (Transaction on the universities of Posts and Telecommunications of China, written in English, 1997), and etc. Now he works on telecommunication design for the future, wireless telecommunication system, optical and wireless telecommunication system, and etc. The major of recruiting master students is microelectronics and solid- state electronics. Research direction and major catalog is wireless telecommunication and electronic engineering technology.
